Bernard "Hap" Kliban (January 1, 1935–August 12, 1990) was a well-known and popular cartoonist born in Norwalk, Connecticut.
The beloved "Kliban Cat" first appeared on a Crazy Shirt in 1977 and a star was born! In the decades since, The Cat's popularity has continued to grow.
